Graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic School “I chose DBCR at first because of the work program but now that I am here and have learned the story of Don Bosco who spent his life helping young people I want to stay because I see his work continued here.” I am involved in: Basketball and Baseball Poetry Elective Altar Serving Lectoring I am a Tuesday worker at: St. Thomas More Rehab Hospital My favorite class here at DBCR is: “Math because it is my favorite subject it is challenging here but I learn a lot.” My future goals are: To be an NBA Player or Lawyer To attend Georgetown or Howard University

Graduate of Capital City Public Charter School “I chose DBCR because I thought that it would help me to get into a good college and because the Corporate Work Study program teaches you to be professional. I was excited to learn about God at school too. Now that I am here it is a very friendly school and the teachers are always willing to help you.” I am involved in: Poetry Elective Choir I am a Thursday worker at: PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union My favorite class here at DBCR is: “Science because at first it was difficult but I am able now to understand more than I did in the beginning. Now that I have been here I got the challenge I was looking for.
