How To Apply

Step 1: Application

Please call our office to have an application mailed to you, or to set up a time to pick one up directly. You may also print it from here.

Step 2: School Records

The first page needs to be filled out and given to your current School. They will mail us your school records directly.

Step 3: Teacher Recommendations

The next two pages should be filled out and given to two teachers from either 7th or 8th grade.

Step 4: Student/ Family Information

The next three pages are student and family information and should be filled out as thoroughly as possible.

Step 5: Essay

On a separate sheet of paper write or type a one page essay explaining why you would like to come to Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School. Attach it to the back of the application when you are done.

Step 6: Financial Aid Form

Every family must fill out a PSAS financial aid form and submit the proper verification documents. A family must verify financial eligibility for final acceptance of a student to be made. Please call our office for any questions and see above to print the form directly from this page.

Step 7: Birth Certificate and Social Security Card

Please enclose with the application a copy of the student’s birth certificate and social security card.

Step 8: Student/ Family Interview

Each student and their family will be notified once the full application has been received and reviewed. Our office will then call to schedule an interview.
